This place was very much needed in Sudbury and these guys nailed it. My son has been using their services for the last 6 weeks and he's already seen the benefits in his training and it's showing in his results at competitions. Everyone needs to give it a try!

Upon arrival I was welcomed and shown how to use the services in the sauna room by Rick the owner. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The infrared sauna/red light therapy was relaxing and cleansing. Taking a cold shower (or cold plunge) post sauna was very refreshing! I felt great immediately after as well as the next day! I highly recommend this experience at Home Base Recovery. Looking forward to the next time!
